I want to change the flushing pump on my Thetford C400 Cassette Toilet, Can you tell me where to find it and how to remove it, regards John

The pump is situated underneath the printed circuit board. The flushing lever will pull off. Underneath there is a screw which secures the printed circuit board. Remove this and the remove the back box. You can then access the pump.
You will need to cut the wiring to remove the pump. The new pump is supplied complete with terminals and heat-shrink sleeving to waterproof the joint.
