My motorhome has a combined Fridge / Freezer Model 7855L (Product Number 00921086833). The light has stopped working, but I have checked the bulb and it is OK. Is it likely to be the sensor ?

It could be . The light is controlled by a magnet and if you look at the top of the fridge compartment with the door open you will see a small round magnet. The mating part is in the door itself, and it has happened that the part in the door has become dislodged which means that the light will not work.
The light can be checked by offering a separate magnet to the small round magnet in the fridge compartment.
If the magnet in the door has become dislodged then it is a problem because you cannot get inside the door to repair. You may be able to adhere a small magnet to the surface of the door but this is not very satisfactory.
