Question

My RM7651L fridge compartment is only cooling to about 16 degrees the separate freezer compartment is ok at -14 degrees. I have checked the temp control knob spindle and it is not broken so I am thinking it is the temp probe is there any way to test this? Or bypass it to get it working till I get home

The first thing to do with the fridge is test it on gas, the gas burner will give twice the heat input as the 240v or 12v. If the fridge cools on the gas setting then the cooling unit is ok so it will either be the 240v element, the PCB or the temp sensor. If you run it on gas and it still is not working then it could be a cooling unit failure, if this happens please contact our technical team on 08444770776
