My Thetford fridge is malfunctioning with a continuous flashing light, no buttons will respond to pressure and the off switch does not function. No. 14 is shown on the fault screen.

Fault code 14 means the display board and the power board have lost communication with each other. The first thing to check are the plugs in the back of the display board and to the power board to make sure these are not loose. The next step would be to replace the powerboard, if this does not work then it could be a harness fault which is serious as this part is not replaceable and would mean a new fridge.
