Question

My Trumatic S5002 heater will switch on and give a small amount of heat out for a short while then it stops giving heat out. Would this be the thermostat telling it that the desired temperature has been reached (when it definitely hasn't)?

Providing both burners are lighting then it does point to the thermostat. I will need to know how long the fire operates before cutting out.
