To re-tension a blind you need to rewind the spring, this can sometimes be done without removing the blind by turning the tension bush using a flat screwdriver, this is at one end of the blind and there will be one for the blind and one for the fly screen, you may need to remove the blind to access the tension bush in some cases. Most blinds are only held on by 6 screws so it is not hard to take them off
