Question

The Hartal door lock replacement kit comes with a separate cylinder lock to insert. Do I need to purchase the lock removal kit in order to displace the engagement clip or should it just push the cylinder in. It doesn’t seem to house fully.

Answer

The cylinder lock should just push in with the key inserted. You normally need to twist the key to locate.
