Tom, My Trumatic Ultraheat which operates the blown air and convector heating has failed, as when I switch it on the green light on the control switch comes on and fades immediately, hence no heat. The fan still works as does the water system. can you please diagnose my problem.

Answer

The fan is a completely separate appliance. The green light coming on and fading immediately will be one of two things. The PCB or the wall switch. The PCB is the more likely fault than the wall switch but the only way to find out which one it is is to replace one.
