We have a 2007 Swift Conqueror - Opening the outside door lock has always been a problem - I understand that this is a recurring problem and can be fixed by sandpapering the interior cam - I would prefer to purchase but am unsure what to get. Is the Hartal interior the one to get i.e. with the internal works or is it the full works i.e. including exterior lock etc. Queer difference in price!

The stiffness in the locks is normally caused by the internal assembly. If you have a left hand lock (i.e. hinges on the left when standing outside) then you will need part 141080. If you have a right hand lock then you require part 141078.
