Whilst putting up my awning, a pole fell back into the caravan and pierced the panel slightly. Could you advise best way to patch it please?

If the hole has been caused on flat panel you can fill the damage and repaint. If the damage has been caused on the fine line pattern then it is incredibly difficult to repair.
