Question

Wondered if anyone can help....our c2 thetford manual loo has been great, but this weekend I thought, drain time to avoid frost damage etc..Took the loo to empty it and had a stream of blue loo etc coming out of a hole in the tank body just next to the manual blade handle .I've brought it home to have a look and nothing has come adrift, just a rubber seal at bottom of hole but its straight through, like missing something or been punched through..If the loo is emptied when less than half full its no problems but wondered if i need a new cassette or can I buy a seal.....Cheers peeps.

There should be a float inside that seals against the rubber seal. It appears that the float has become dislodged. This arrangement was never very satisfactory and has been changed on later units. Not a nice job to attempt to replace the float in its correct position.
