The Clayton Power LPS II Mounting Bracket provides secure installation for your LPS II lithium power supply or add-on battery packs. This lightweight yet sturdy bracket features a branded thumbscrew clamp design that lets you adjust and tighten the unit without tools - something you'll appreciate when working in confined motorhome or van spaces. The base has four pre-drilled holes for permanent fixing to floors, walls or chassis rails, and the bracket holds your power unit firmly in place even during rough road travel or emergency braking. Clayton Power's manual specifically recommends using this bracket rather than improvising your own, stating the LPS II must be securely fastened before use to prevent movement and maintain proper airflow around the cooling vents.

One thing to note is this bracket isn't included as standard with LPS II units or battery packs, so you'll need to order it separately when planning your installation. The bracket works with both the 1kWh and 2kWh LPS II models, plus the lithium-ion add-on batteries if you're expanding capacity. Remember that the LPS II cannot be mounted upside down or on its side - it needs to remain upright with space underneath for air circulation, and this bracket positions it correctly whilst securing it against vibration and impact. For anyone converting a motorhome or service vehicle, it's the proper way to comply with manufacturer guidelines and protect your investment in Clayton Power's all-in-one system.
