I change the filter once a year although it says to change it monthly. However we do not drink the water it’s purely for washing. Good product tho a tad expensive

This seems to filter OK but floats to the top of the water container and sucks air into the system. I have had to weight it down to ensure it sinks.

Whale pedigree, changed the filter which was a few years old Whale recommend changing them twice a season admittedly i.e. the 3000 equates to how many litres it's meant to last.
The filter is easy to replace, was a good price and arrived earlier than the predicted date.
