did not like the small screw idea in the aerial head socket. this has to line up with a small hole in the top section of the mast pole, in order to stop the head from slipping around. Had several attempts to line them both up got very frustrated.

Not fully tested yet but although it looks a bit flimsy on the lightweight side, but as it is on top of a 3m pole suppose that's a plus.The poles are of a good standard. The ability to put horizontal or vertical plane is not really nessesary for a digital signal as most if not all are Horizontal.Which means that the planes of the aerial are pointing sideways not up and down.

I tried this out on my drive first and got a good result where previously I had struggled to get any sort of picture. Used it in a poor reception area and did at least get some channels but not many with any sort of picture. However, like I say, a poor reception site.

This kit enabled me to get all the channels I could not get in the same location I previously.

Bought this after borrowing a friends when camping in our campervan. Although some of the caravans struggled to receive good signals we were able to get over 101 dtv channels. Picture quality was good with no pixelating. We have bought one of our own and although it seemed quite expensive has been invaluable in bad weather.

This is an excellent kit. We have used it in 2 different areas so far and the reception has been very good. It is sturdy and well made. We used the Philex TV Signal tuner to get the best signal. The aerial arrived within a few days and although it relied on the manufacturers packaging this was very good. It takes a few minutes to assemble but this is simple and the flat aerial section is very useful and allows the aerial to be run through a window or door..

Perfect for our needs. However, it arrived with a bend and marks on it which made it seem that it was not new... a shame. This would make me think twice before I purchased from this seller again.
It was bought with a gadget that picks up TV signals so all yiuo have to do is aim the aerial where the signal showed the highest level... a must purchase with the aerial as it took away a lot of guesswork and hubby managed to do it on his own while I unpacked the van

Needed an aerial for a recent trip to Anglesey The caravan site we were booked on does not have a good TV reception therefore needed a better aerial than the one attached to the van so after reading the reviews bought this item and it worked fine!!

Works fine so far, using it in our Motorhome as the fitted one doesn't always get a decent picture and often when it does bad breaking up of pictures. Have only used this a couple of times so far but where I could previously not get any watchable pictures and got a really good strong signal so happy with that. Also I get more channels when I retuned so although Freeview hasn't got a lot of good channels to watch at least there is a bit more choice of rubbish during the evenings while we are away.

I must say this does provide a good picture, the reason I gave it only 4 stars is the build quality. The antenna head is a bit plastic y and rattles a bit. How long it will last I can not comment. But so far it is doing its job, well within the cost of the product. I particularly liked the flat through window cable, and ease of instructions.

this obviously works and works well - as do most other products of this type - but if you have trees between you and the mast - it doesn't - and most campsites seem to have trees
