Question

Hi On my cascade mk2 GE control panel the lights will not come, we have checked the main 13amp fuse in the main switch panel and seems to be ok but no lights come on for that and no green/amber lights on other panel . But when we think we have switched it on we can hear what sounds like a pilot light puff sound, and water has slightly heated when running tap can you explain please

Answer

The wall switch with the lights only works from 12 volts. The symptons point to a problem with the wall switch itself and this may need replacing.
