Hi On my cascade mk2 GE control panel the lights will not come, we have checked the main 13amp fuse in the main switch panel and seems to be ok but no lights come on for that and no green/amber lights on other panel . But when we think we have switched it on we can hear what sounds like a pilot light puff sound, and water has slightly heated when running tap can you explain please
The wall switch with the lights only works from 12 volts. The symptons point to a problem with the wall switch itself and this may need replacing.
Hi Tom, On my Carver Cascade Rapide when I press the button to use on gas the green light comes on & the gas ignites but when I take my finger off of the button the burner goes out even after holding say 30-40 seconds, What can be the problem?
You should not need to hold your finger on the button once you have selected the gas operation. If in our workshop we would replace the wall switch initially.
