My wife and I have recently got back into camping due to the high cost of United Kingdom hotels and B & B's. Not wanting to be hiking across the camp sites in the middle of the night we borrowed a camping toilet for our first couple of trips and have since purchase a Thetford Porta Potti 365 Camping toilet of our own. As we are limited on space in our car I looked into a compact solution for the required chemicals. Along with the Thetford Aqua Rinse Concentrate (750 ml) the Thetford Aquakem Blue Sachets (Can of 15) seemed to offer the perfect solution for all our needs.

Thetford Aqua Ken Blue Sachets. Very handy sized container for storing in motorhome . Shame Thetford seem to have discontinued their green sachets.

These are a doddle to use. Just drop one in the toilet cassette. No messy blue fluid to spill all over the place.

Prefer these to the blue liquid which is messy stuff and stains terribly if you spill it. - Just drop one of these bags into the Motorhome toilet cassette. There is also a small weight saving over the liquid. I believe that usage for usage these are more expensive than the liquid, - when camping, if you empty the cassette daily on a longer trip, - you go through them, - would prefer to see 22 or 23 in a pack which would cover a 3 week trip.

This stuff smells nice and fresh and keeps the Camper toilet hygenic. Being packed in sachets means that the correct amount is used each time and the possibility of blue fingers is removed.

Fantastic product! I know some reviews say not worth the money but for me worth every penny.Ok you can when using the liquid form put less in to make it last longer, but with us we always put more in rather than skimping on it. It's just one of those things we would never skimp on.With this product you know you have the correct measure and that suits us to a tee,didn't find it anymore expensive,in fact I would say we were quids in.... But then again people have different opinions but big thumbs up for us!

Does the job perfectly. Easy to store in campervan with no risk of leaking ( as with liquids). Pleasant smell much nicer than sone of the stronger chemical liquids.

Purchased so I have ease of use and to avoid Blue fingers with the liquid stuff! Also cuts down on space needed in my 6m mh. Still have a quantiy of fluid left to use but will use that for ops out of home to start the trip with and then use the sachets when away from home

This method is far easier than measuring out the required amount of liquid. No risk of spillage. Wouldn't go back to the liquid form.

Living on a narrowboat with a chemical toilet, it is important to have the right control of smells from the cassette. Blue liquids are less useful as they are often used to excess. The sachets work perfectly, are simple to use and make life so much better afloat.
Having lived aboard for 17 years, and having tried many brands of chemicals, this is by far the best.

This is the best waste tank product by far. No messy fluids to input. You can do it all in your van. (Except empty it of course.)
It removes smells effectively and is worth every penny as there is no waste. (excuse pun.)

Great product although more expensive than the liquid equivalent per dose, it is so convenient, saves having to carry the liquid around with you on your travels. The size of a tea bag full of the powdered chemical which completely disolves in the Thetford waste tank. I shan't be going back to liquids again.

We discovered these sachets a little while ago, despite the fact that they are not stocked in all caravan suppliers. They are so much easier to use than the liquid version as there is no need to measure exact quantities - just drop them in and they do the job perfectly. They may work out a bit more expensive, but they are well worth it.
