Bought this viva white door retainer as our old one had disintegrated (10 year old van). It works well and I can use it easily, whereas I was having trouble getting the old one to release. Happy with the price too.

I fitted these Door retainers to the french doors at home , they were perfect.
They are very strong , and they stand off the wall enough to clear the door handles.
They are easy to fit , however I did use slightly bigger raw plugs an screws to secure to the wall rather than those provided. They have sufficient grip to hold the doors in wind , whilst still being easy enough to lock in and out.

Good strong catch. Much stronger than previous Vanetta type retainer without springs.
