This was a replacement catch for one that had snapped after 13 years of use when the wind caught the door it was very easy to replace and is very reliable

First class product I have used the surecatch hook latch door retainer on my new conservatory and it woks really well. the company who fitted the conservatory where impressed with the catch and asked for address of the company who suppled them.

The Surecatch hook and Latch door retainer is unobtrusive that matches the original to the Willerby Aspen caravan. I was able to use existing screw holes in door and caravan, hence no more new holes. Perfect and an excellent price.

Although the product was out of stock to begin with I was kept updated by email when they were expected in. I was due to go on holiday when they were due in and emailed to ask if the order could be held until I came back. I had email and said they would hold until then. Product was sent as I asked and received when I returned from holiday. Very good service provided.

Yes. Drivers have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer’s doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance.
