Difficult to rate, other than confirm it is so easy to apply and remove and seems to be high quality. I guess I’ll never know if it has worked as a deterrent to car thieves and I hope I ever find out if it has stopped a thief after breaking into my car. I deliberately chose the garish yellow version over the much smarter silver option, so that potential thieves would see it before trying to break in and steal my car.
I deliberately chose a Milenco steering wheel lock having used many of their excellent products during my caravanning days, now long gone.

good lock, nice & solid. A little on the short side for my vw transporter maybe should have bought the bigger one. I do have to turn the steering a quarter turn to have a good fit onto the steering wheel bars, which is best practice to turn into the curb. Like any device it will deter the amateur chancer & may slow a pro down enough to give up or get scared off. definitely better than most.

It does what it says on the tin and in the week I have been using it there have been no problems. It is quite heavy and the only place to keep it is in the passenger foot well but at least the car is safer.

I BOUGHT THE MILENCO HIFH SECURITY STEERING LOCK FOLLOWING THE THEFT OF MY CAR AND ITS REPLACEMENT. I LOOKED FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS RECOMMENDED AND HAD ACCREDITATION. ON RECEIPT I WAS STRUCK BY ITS CONSTRUCTION. FITTING ON THE CAR IS EASY ALTHOUGH IT SEEMS RATHER LOOSE ON THE STEERING WHEEL. IT DOES GIVE A VERY VISUAL INDICATION THAT THE CAR HAS SOME THEFT PROTECTION. WHILST I WOULD RATHER NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE AND USE SUCH AN ITEM IT WILL, I'M SURE, HAVE A DETERRENT EFFECT ON THIEVES.

The Milenco Steering Wheel Lock is easy to use, unlock it place it on the steering wheel and twist the black handle to lock into place!
It was recommended to me by a family member who’s vehicle had an attempted theft, the Milenco Steering Wheel Lock was a major factor in his vehicle not being stolen as it is impossible to steer whilst this lock is in use! The only downside is that it’s slightly heavier than I had expected although this adds to strength of the item!

This lock seems to be very well made and very sturdy. I have just bought a car that I feel would be a target for car thieves so I wanted an additional (and visible) deterrent.
It is very easy to fit and remove (if you have the key:-) ) Also it can be left in the open position and fitted without using the key. As far as I'm concerned the easier it is to fit the more likely I am to use it even for short stops.
My only gripe is that I could not fit it at the bottom of my wheel where I wanted to. This is due to the shape of my wheel not the lock. However on reflection it is better at the top as it is clearly visible. If you can see the car you can see the lock (my car is white).
I would definitely recommend the Milenco High security Steering Wheel lock.

The Milenco lock Seems to be a bit more sturdy than most steering wheel locks, I have 2 of them now, a bit pricy but as they say, you get what you pay for, just make sure you push the key in all the way.

I bought the milenco steering lock because of a personal recommendation from a friend and i was not disappointed. It fits my steering wheel perfectly and feels very robust. It takes a while to work out how it fits but after a few tries its easy. The only down side for me, which is not related to the product, is that my car key is a card so i have nowhere to put the key for the lock but its a small price to pay for that extra bit of security. I chose the yellow one and you can see it a mile off which is what i wanted.

The lock arrived very promptly (less than 20 hours after ordering it) and is a great quality finish. It takes 10 seconds to fit or t remove and it’s shorter length (than the competition) makes it easy to store once removed.

This is a very solid and robust piece of kit. I had to replace my former Stoplock Professional lock as it would not fit over the steering wheel boss of the new car. This fits and secures well across the top of the steering wheel, and is easy both to fit and transport. Obviously no such equipment is foolproof, but this offers a highly visible deterrent, and I have to take it on trust that it is “Gold Standard” security.

Tried two other,s before this and returned them did not fit my focus . This did catch my eye in the 1st place but put off because some reviews said it was heavy and left indentation on wheel. Then found you could acquire the steering wheel soft pads that protect the steering wheel. So totally happy with this and would recommend.

A good, sturdy, highly visible vehicle lock for our new motorhome from Milenco! It was recommended by friends who have one.
It was a bit tricky the first time we tried to unlock it as the key would not turn properly but we've got the hang of it now and it seems very secure.

Having just bought a car with keyless entry I was worried about theft so I bought the Milenco High Security steering wheel lock. Delighted with it, very robust and fits small steering wheel on my Peugot 3008 despite Halfords telling me it wouldn’t! Great price and very fast delivery.

Two thick steel rods thread through your steering wheel and lock back onto the main piece in a twisting action. The action isn’t difficult to perform but seems very secure. Yes I recommend.

Just fits on steering wheel very snug. The positions to fit the device could be difficult on some vehicles if your steering wheel is an irregular shape and thickness. Some have mentioned dents left on steering wheel, there were but soon disappeared only slight. I think if it does the job and you still have your car in the morning go for it.

I now have five of these, including the original versions called 4tress, and they are by far the best steering wheel locks. Easy to use and store, and a good visual deterrent. But be careful when you pick them up from the footwell..... they can look like shotguns!!!!

Did not get this from Amazon as found cheaper elsewhere. However this is probably the strongest device of its type so is well worth the extra few quid. There is a problem however as its extreme weight meant it marked my steering wheel, in fact for this reason I returned the one I had. Gutted really as this was streets ahead of the competition in terms of build quality and just being well thought out. Whatever you buy do be aware that most of the pond life that steal rather than work will just cut the steering wheel to remove your device. I takes about 20 seconds as the wheel is not hardened or attack proof in any way. The police are now actively recommending these sort of devices as they seem totally unable to stop car crime!

Solid, well made and very easy to fit. Have had other types in the past and the locks can be a pain, but this one works a treat. Nice and solid and heavy too, should be useful to stove some gutter trashed head in if they try a car jack me too! Minor comment, because it’s heavy and substantial it does leave a slight indentation in the steering wheel. Not an issue for me as it fit to the bottom of my steering so you can see it but if your precious about that kind of thing bear it in mind. Tbh it had to be substantial to work so it one of those things.

This is another layer of defence if you have the famous ‘Keyless entry and start’ theft risk.
