The first machine we ordered leakedbut you could easily see the problem, the hose had been squashed when assembling. Leisure Direct very promptly arranged for collection and a new machine to be sent out, no problem with second machine, spins well and cleans clothing perfectly. Thanks to LD for their excellent customer care.
