Fiamma Soft Toilet Paper (97312-010) is a 2-ply, water-soluble tissue produced specifically for use in cassette toilets and portable chemical toilets. Each pack contains 6 rolls of 300 sheets. The tissue is made from pure water-soluble wadded cellulose, so it breaks down on contact with water rather than collecting at the bottom of the waste tank. Caravan and motorhome owners, campervan travellers, and anyone using a Porta Potti or fixed cassette toilet will recognise this as a straightforward consumable that prevents the most common source of toilet blockages and messy emptying sessions.

Does caravan cassette toilet paper really make a difference compared to normal tissue?


Yes, it does. Standard household tissue, especially multi-ply varieties, doesn't dissolve fast enough in the limited water of a cassette holding tank. Fiamma Soft is engineered to break down the bond between cellulose fibres rapidly, leaving no solid residue that could clog the emptying spout, jam the float valve, or cause inaccurate level readings. Regular household tissue that hasn't fully dissolved is one of the more frustrating causes of a blocked emptying neck or a stuck float inside the cassette. Was worried that they may of been hard and thin seeing they are degradable but took one out of pack to check and was pleased with quality and softness thou they are a bit expensive compared to Andrew what I buy for home these are for our motor home not been away to use yet hopefully they will break up well
