Thetford Toilet Fresh Up Kit ForC400

by Chris Corbett (26 Jul 2023)

Fits both l/h & r/h toilets. Comes set up for l/h toilet, however if, like me you have a r/h toilet it's really easy to convert. Just follow the detailed instructions which involve turning the central, circular seal area anti clockwise, removing from base turn through 180⁰, re insert & turn until marks line up & voila you have a r/h toilet set. Comes with a new loo seat too!

After 8 Years And Hundreds Of Nights Of Camping This Was Just What We Needed

by CarolK (24 Jul 2022)

(5/5)

The new Thetford C400 toilet cassette fitted as it should and arrived quickly. The new cassette made us realise how worn out the other one was as it closes cleanly and is leak free. We didn't need the new toilet seat as there was nothing wrong with the one we had but there was no choice in this.

Bought because our old one got to its tenth birthday and was looking a bit tatty so a refresh was in order. It is exactly what it is and has only one purpose.

The Real Deal

by Mr. Mitchell (15 Oct 2020)

A great product. Returns the WC to new again. No hassle and a really great price. Ordered it on Friday and it arrived on Saturday.
The original toilet needed a new seal but the fixings had aged (they allways do) and broke off. Can replace just the mechanism but this option replaces the whole thing, seat and all.

Replacement Waste Holding Tank

by Avril (23 Sep 2020)

Purchased C400 Thetford Fresh up set for a Left sided door. No adjustment required so was able to just load it in. Did not really need the replacement seat but to purchase the holding tank on its own is about 90% more expensive. Why?

The old waste tank was damaged when we bought the Caravan and was over nine years old. I was looking for a seal kit but this was much better and was simple to convert to my Toilet configuration IAW the instructions supplied.Coupled with the new seat supplied it looks as good as new.

Thank you for the advice. It works perfectly without any adaptation. Weird that this kit is so much cheaper than just buying the tank alone though! Excellent speedy receipt too. Thank you.

Like A New Van!

by Eddie Nutter (04 Jul 2018)

Very easy to set up and install, especially to change to a right hand version (or vice versa). Very economical method of renewing the toilet, would have cost quite a bit to replace piecemeal!

So glad I bought this and a really good price too!
