Provence Gas Heater

Product Description

The Provence Gas Heater is a portable flueless 3.4KW gas stove with real flame (please note the red colour is 3KW). The Provence gas heater does not require a chimney or flue and has full electronic ignition and runs from a 7kg or 15kg gas cylinder. The provence fire features a living flame and log-set and would really compliment your room, giving it a warm and cosy feeling.

The Provence portable gas fire requires no chimney or flue. What’s more, there is no mains gas connection required meaning that the fire is fully portable. There is no installation or assembly required either. Simply connect to a gas cylinder and start to enjoy this effective heater. Universal Innovations has recently improved the hinge system on the lid making it easier to access the temperature controls. It is very easy to switch on and control the temperature with the electronic push button ignition and temperature gauge. If you are not looking at the huge investment of a log burning stove then this is a great alternative.

Keep warm this winter with a Provence gas heater. This beautifully styled portable gas heater with a Living Flame will enhance any room as well as keep it warm and cosy. Ideal for the conservatory, living room or kitchen. This is an enormously popular gas heater and we have it in stock and available for next day delivery. The Provence is not only a superb heater, it also provides a perfect focal point for any room. It has been specifically designed to blend in with the ambience of character cottages and traditional homes, and will bring a touch of ‘country chic’ wherever it is placed. Even when it is not on, it is guaranteed to draw envious looks from guests and visitors!

The provence heater can help save costs on central heating. Instead of heating up the whole house, you can keep the heating off for periods and have one cosy room using this gas fire. It is suitable for rooms greater than 64 cubic metres.

For safety it has a flame failure device and is also fitted with oxygen depletion cut off which shuts the product off if carbon dioxide levels room rise above 1.5%. This product weighs 42KG boxed. It is available in a range of great colours including Matt Black, Gloss Black, Cream, Honey Glow Brown, Burgundy Red & Atlantic Blue.

This Provence gas heater is not suitable to be used in the following locations; a bedroom, a bathroom, a shower room, a hairdressing salon, a basement or private garage. It is also not suitable to be used in a boat or leisure vehicle. If used in a family environment extra care should be taken to protect the elderly, the less able bodied, children and pets. When used in a work place, a suitable risk assessment should be carried out. Care should be taken not to place combustible materials in close proximity to the heater.

I had one of these for some years and found them economical and quick to heat up, so when my old one needed retiring, I immediately bought another one. It actually arrived the next day after ordering and I chose blue, for a change and surprisingly it is exactly the same colour as my feature walls. I live in a cottage, so the design of this fire is so in keeping with my decor. Love it !

Excellent!

The Provence Gas Heater (matt black) is absolutely fantastic!! - So easy to use, literally a press of a button. Had no heating facility in a room - could only therefore really use a calor heater - the surround of this heater is so attractive and well designed turning the actual calor gas bottle into a practical work of art creating a cosy, welcoming atmosphere in the room. Chuffed to bets with this purchase.

Ideal Additional Heater

by Mrs M Mellichap (03 Dec 2023)

Useful heater to keep in the hallway when no need to put central heating on as it warms the hallway, kitchen & stairway. Could be used in a conservatory or orangery, only need on low to keep room warm. Also looks fab, you wouldn’t think it was a calor gas heater. Good back up heater if your central heating failed.

In Love With Our Provence Heater

by Mrs Wild (02 Jan 2023)

(5/5)

This looks beautiful - especially when it's lit. It really blasts out the heat. This is the only heating we have in our house at the moment and it heats the entire floor - hallway/living room/dining room and kitchen. We usually only have to put it on for an hour or so but then it stays warm (not dangerously hot) for a long while and continues to warm the room.

Good Heater Saved My Mains Gas Usage

by Mr johnson (15 Dec 2022)

(5/5)

Great heater very smart for living room. Bought the Matt black Provence heater. I have a large living room so it does not heat the whole room. It takes the chill out of the room which is great, probably would suit a smaller space for heating. I’m really pleased I bought this and leisure shop direct were excellent with the whole buying process. Delivery was great and I have even purchased extra logs for the heater. At the moment I have only been using the heater on the first gas setting which has been enough for my usage. Waiting to see how long my 15kg gas bottle lasts.
