Product Description

The Fiamma Kit Level Up Jumbo is a two-ramp levelling kit designed for coachbuilt motorhomes and larger vehicles with wider tyres. Each ramp measures 58cm (L) x 24cm (W) x 14cm (H) and the pair weighs 3.5kg, so storage isn't an issue. The kit comes complete with a Fiamma Level Bag to keep your boot or locker clean between pitches. Built from rot-proof, UV-resistant polyethylene with a non-skid ridged surface, these ramps grip the tyre properly and don't flex or crack the way wooden blocks do over time. Maximum axle weight is 8 tonnes, which covers the vast majority of coachbuilt motorhomes.

Why do coachbuilt motorhomes need the Jumbo rather than a standard levelling ramp?

The Level Up Jumbo's 24cm width is specifically sized for the larger tyres found on coachbuilt motorhomes, providing a bigger, more stable platform to drive onto and park on. With a stepped design offering up to 11cm of lift and an 8-tonne axle weight rating, it handles the extra mass of coachbuilts that standard 5-tonne ramps aren't rated for.

The wider 24cm platform is the key difference from the standard Fiamma Kit Level Up. Coachbuilt motorhomes typically run tyres of 225mm width or more, and a narrow ramp just doesn't give you enough contact area to feel confident. The two stepped platforms built into the Jumbo ramp also take some of the strain off the handbrake on a slope, unlike smooth ramp designs where the vehicle relies entirely on the handbrake to stay put. The Fiamma Chock Level Up is a compatible accessory worth pairing with these if you regularly park on steep pitches. For paved and hard-standing surfaces, the optional Fiamma Anti-Slip Plate attaches directly to the base of each ramp to stop it skating away on tarmac as you drive on.

The Level Bag included in the kit is a practical touch that owners appreciate once they've used a set without one. Ramps come back muddy and wet from uneven ground, and having a dedicated bag keeps them contained rather than rolling around loose in the locker or tracking mud through the vehicle. The polyethylene construction cleans off quickly with a hose. If you need more lift in one corner than the ramp's maximum allows, the Level Up Jumbo is compatible with the Fiamma Chock Level Up for additional height. Grey finish, SKU 97901-060, supplied as two ramps with bag.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the Fiamma Kit Level Up Jumbo and the standard Fiamma Kit Level Up?

The Kit Level Up Jumbo is wider at 24cm versus 20cm for the standard Kit Level Up, making it suitable for the larger tyres fitted to coachbuilt motorhomes. It also has a higher axle weight rating of 8 tonnes compared to 5 tonnes for the standard version. Both are sold as a kit with two ramps and a Level Bag, but the Jumbo's stepped platform design provides up to 11cm of lift on a wider, more stable footprint.

What is the maximum axle weight the Fiamma Level Up Jumbo can support?

The Fiamma Kit Level Up Jumbo has a maximum axle weight rating of 8 tonnes. This covers the vast majority of coachbuilt motorhomes. For heavier twin-axle vehicles, the separate Fiamma Level System Jumbo carries a higher 12-tonne axle rating and a wider 26cm platform designed for twin tyres.

What are the dimensions and weight of the Fiamma Level Up Jumbo ramps?

Each Fiamma Level Up Jumbo ramp measures 58cm long, 24cm wide and 14cm high. The pair together weighs 3.5kg. The kit includes two ramps and one Fiamma Level Bag for storage and transport.

Do I need the Fiamma Anti-Slip Plate with the Level Up Jumbo?

The Anti-Slip Plate is an optional accessory, not included in the kit. It attaches to the base of each Level Up Jumbo ramp and prevents the ramp from sliding away on hard smooth surfaces such as tarmac or concrete as you drive the vehicle onto it. On grass or gravel, the ramps grip without it. On paved hardstandings it is a worthwhile addition.

Can the Fiamma Level Up Jumbo ramps be stacked for extra height?

The Level Up Jumbo ramps are not a stackable design. The stepped platform provides a fixed maximum lift of up to 11cm. For additional height gain, the Fiamma Chock Level Up is a compatible accessory that can be used in conjunction with the Level Up Jumbo ramps. Alternatively, the Fiamma Level System Magnum ramps are stackable and suit vehicles requiring more than the Level Up range provides.

What is the Fiamma Level Bag included in the kit, and is it washable?

The Fiamma Level Bag is a polyester storage and carry bag sized for the two Level Up Jumbo ramps. It keeps the ramps contained and prevents mud and water from transferring to the vehicle locker or living area. The bag is washable, which is a practical benefit given that levelling ramps regularly come into contact with muddy or wet ground.
