Got it as a replacement as I lost the original. Took awhile to receive but I was kept informed of status. Only complaint is that you don’t get any instructions of how to pair with motor. Leisureshopdirect helped me sort it (excellent customer service) All in all I’m very happy with the item and would recommend leisureshopdirect.

We purchased this product because we very stupidly left our previous control on the A frame of the caravan and forgetting it was there we drove off on our holiday, when we arrived at our destination we realized what had happened, we contacted leisure direct as soon as possible to place the order for a replacement and although we was told that a backlog of the product wouldn't be available till November we stuck with it and waited, it was delivered a few days after the date but during that time leisure direct was in communication with us updating the news, they have been fully supportive and very helpful all the time whilst we was waiting and after delivery they went that extra mile when I contacted them again because we was unsure how to get the control 'to talk to the caravan box' they got in touch with Reich and sent us full instructions how to do it, Thank you to all at Leisure direct for your assistance and we can once again start our caravan adventures (taking good care of the remote control) we wish all the staff a very, safe and Happy Christmas and thank you again for all of your help and support, we won't hesitate to contact you again if we need other accessories for the caravan.
