Suffering with a back problem and a need to manoeuvre my two wheeled trailer. I decided it was time to fit a jockey wheel to the trailer.
The jockey wheel arrived quickly, it was very easy to attach to the trailers ‘A’ frame.
For the price it’s well made and sturdy enough for my medium sized Brendaup metal construction single axle trailer. It works perfectly and makes hitching up and manoeuvring a piece of cake.

Great value compared to some other similar products. Used on a small trailer with a body c.1.5 m lg, 1.1 m w and 1.1 m h. Although it is a small trailer, it is heavy and solidly constructed and very nose-heavy as the wheels are too back from the balance point.
Fitted in less than 30 mins (you need to supply the two bolts).
Having this makes a huge difference and saves a lot of back-ache bending down to lift the heavy drawbar off the ground when the trailer is parked. This jockey wheel also makes it a lot easier to manouevre the trailer manually.

Bought this for a small trailer, it does the job and is very handy. The reason I give it 4 stars is, after I attached it to the trailer and went to work, when I returned the small black handle on top had come away and was missing and that was after one journey. Not a major inconvenience but shouldnt be coming apart already!!!

Was tempted to buy a 'cheap' jockey wheel, as it was for a relatively small trailer (though this trailer can carry 400kg plus). The Maypole 225 (Top quality manufacturer) complete with clamp was only £18.95 from Leisure MART. In-store and on-line prices for less well made items had been considerably more expensive. Very happy with the deal from Leisure Mart on Amazon Marketplace. I can reccomend a jockey wheel, even on a smallish trailer, makes things a lot easier.
