The Truma Levelcheck is a great tool, I tested it on 3 differnt size gas bottles (1 was empty), it showed exactly what gas I had in each bottle, the empty one showed empty.
Brilliant Piece Of Kit

This is a brilliant piece of kit. Worked really well. I had 2 cannisters to check; checking each a couple of times to get the accurate level reading. First time, a small residue from the red paint from the cannister attached itself to the Levelchecker so had to clean it each time but no problem. Clearly, a sensitive accurate and reliable piece of kit.

Having tried other gas level indicator devices this Truma is by far and away the best, most effective, and simplest to operate. Well worth the money.

Essential piece of kit if your tank doesn't have a gauge, and it works well if you follow the instructions.
Fits in the cutlery drawer, and is nice to use.

I bought this product because my Truma duo switchover light was unreliable. Having been caught out with running out of gas I bought this product to accurately monitor my gas bottle level. It does exactly what it says on the tin, very useful.

Trauma works very well but it's quite expensive. Save money and use the hot water trick for checking gas levels. However make sure the water is boiling , a full kettle to warm the gas bottle. My experience the reading with the Trauma exactly matches the hot water test. However the Trauma is a neat and an extra bonus of LCD light

Easy to use, accurate, convenient to use product.
Better than most of the gas bottle level indicators on the market. Only downside is the cost - very expensive for what it is, however, Leisureshopdirect were the cheapest out there for this product. Glad we purchased this product, so easy to use.
