Having just purchased our first static caravan we waited and waited for potatoes to roast in the oven. Eventually gave up but discovered there was no seal around the top of the oven. Found model number etc and was delighted that this company could get the new seal for us as many firms said it had sold out. It arrived promptly and was so easy to fix. I fixed it myself within seconds. Yay perfect oven chips followed 20 minutes later! I could have so easily needed to purchase a new cooker, so thank you for saving me a lot of money. Recommend this product and firm.

Unfortunately the seal is not the correct one for our oven. I hasten to add this is not your fault. There is no identification plate on our cooker so I ordered what I thought was the right size. On your suggestion I have forwarded a photo of our oven to Donetic to try to establish the model number. You also provided the link for their customer services. When I receive a reply from them hopefully you will exchange the one I ordered for the correct one. I was impressed with the service you provided.
