  Product Description
The Dometic PerfectRoof PR2000 is a roof-mounted cassette awning designed for panel vans, compact motorhomes and caravans where roof space is limited. It offers a 3.25m awning length with a 2.5m projection, providing adequate shelter whilst maintaining a low profile at 24kg. This leaves space for solar panels and other roof accessories whilst still delivering reliable shade and weather protection. The grey Horizon fabric comes as a single seamless piece, eliminating welded joints that can fail or leak over time.

Roof-mounted awnings sit flat against the roof when packed away, keeping your van's overall height down and leaving side walls free for windows, doors and external storage. The PR2000's dimensions work with standard roof load capacities on most panel vans. Setup uses a telescopic crank, and the support legs store inside the front rail with spring-lock mechanisms to prevent accidental deployment. The Easy Lock Flipper system on the support feet adds stability during setup and takedown.

Mounting adapters are sold separately as they're vehicle-specific, allowing proper fitment across different van models from Mercedes, VW, Ford and others. The white housing maintains a clean appearance that works with most factory paint colours.
