In addition to its sturdy construction, the Isabella Nordic Awning 240 is packed with details that can make a real difference to your camping experience. The flaps for all windows help protect your belongings from the sun's rays and prevent other people on the campsite from seeing inside the awning while you are out exploring for the day. The extra wide entrance doors also make it easy to enter the awning with a pram or wheelchair.

Ventilation is another important feature of the Isabella Nordic Awning 240. As well as the standard top ventilation in the front and mesh windows in the sides, you also get two extra vertical ventilation strips that can be zipped down as needed. What is the difference between the TC & PVC versions?

The Isabella Nordic TC has a Tencate material roof whereas the PVC version has a PVC roof. The TC version has the same roof as the favourites such as the Commodore or Ambassador awnings. This is very durable and harder wearing, but the main difference is that if you choose to change the size of the awning in the future, Isabella can resize the roof with Tencate but this is not possible with PVC. The other main differences are that PVC doesn’t breath, will make the inside of the awning slightly darker but PVC does have a slightly longer expected life-span than TC. However, we doubt this will ever be an issue for you as the Tencate material is well-proven over years of use.

MAINTENANCE

  • Vacuum or brush awning off when it is dry. Subsequently, wipe with a damp cloth
  • Windows can occasionally be sprayed with Aquatex reproofer, and then immediately wiped with a dry cloth (max. twice a year)
  • For larger cleaning, IsaClean can be used. Aquatex should be used afterwards for reproofing
