Easy-to-mount awning tent to create a light, spacious outdoor living room.

The Thule Residence G3 is a high quality privacy room from Thule that allows you to turn your Thule awning canopy into a full useable room. This is a slightly cheaper alternative to the Thule Panorama.

The perfect addition to your Thule awning which can be used to extend the living space of your caravan or motorhome. This can be used for a dining area, storage or another place to sit and relax. It is very easy to install (see videos) and thanks to its modular design is very versatile and can be adapted to a number of situations. You can fully roll up the large front or side panels to use as a door or to simply let in the fresh air! The side panels can be used either as sun blockers or rain blockers to shelter against the elements whist the front remain open. Multiple zipped openings allow for a multitude of combinations to suit the weather or your mood.

The front panel simply slides into the leading rail of your Thule Omnistor Awning and likewise with the sides, they feed through the awning’s side channels. The front and side panels are combined with a zipper to create the perfect seal! A clamping profile ensures mounting and connection of the side panel to the awning fabric and therefore, offers excellent roof sealing.

How to buy the correct size?
The important sizes you need to have is the following:

  • Mounting height (A on diagram above) - this is important to choose both the sides and the height of the front part.
  • Width : This is the width of the case awning that you have fitted to the side of your motorhome/caravan.

Once you have those two sizes you will need to then purchase the side panels and front separately. Firstly find the correct size side panel from the dropdown above. The projection is not adjustable, this is determined on the size of the case awning you have fitted. You will receive 2 side panels. Next select the correct front using the width of your case awning plus the mounting height. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us.
