  Product Description
The Outwell Arctic Ice Battery System is a portable battery for owners of Outwell Arctic Ice compressor coolers who want off-grid cooling away from mains power. It fastens magnetically to an Arctic Ice cooler and powers it for a maximum of 12 hours , keeping food and drinks cold at a site, on a boat or anywhere there is no plug.

Pass-through charging lets you run the cooler and recharge the battery at the same time. Several inputs and outputs offer you versatility in how you charge and what you power, while 15W wireless charging tops up a phone positioned on top. A built-in 80W MPPT solar charge controller makes the battery prepared for a solar panel arrangement. It weighs 1.6kg and measures 13 x 7.5 x 9cm. The battery charges using a cool box AC/DC adaptor or a USB-C laptop power supply, neither of which is provided. Outwell covers all its products with a two-year guarantee.

How long does the Arctic Ice Battery System power a cooler?

Outwell rates it for a maximum of 12 hours of continuous cooling on an Arctic Ice compressor cooler. It fastens magnetically and holds pass-through charging, so you recharge while the cooler runs. Charging choices include a cool box AC/DC adaptor, a USB-C laptop power supply or a solar panel via the 80W MPPT controller.
