The Outwell Nexion 3 Ocean sets up in about a minute thanks to its pop-up design, which uses pre-tensioned fibreglass poles that spring into shape once removed from the carry bag. You get a proper bedroom sleeping three people plus a separate storage area with its own bathtub groundsheet where you can keep rucksacks, boots and camping gear dry and organised. The flysheet uses Outtex 3000 Select polyester with a 3000mm hydrostatic head rating, which handles typical weather conditions well, though you'll want to check guy lines properly in exposed coastal spots or on windy campsites.

Inside, the Dark Inner fabric blocks most daylight to help you sleep past sunrise, particularly useful during summer months when it gets light around 5am. The inner tent has a fully sealed groundsheet that stops insects crawling in from below, with mesh pockets sewn into the walls for phones, torches and other small bits you need within reach at night.
