Finding your spare part — common questions

Where do I find the Dometic product number?

It is on the data plate (the silver or white label) fixed to the appliance — on a fridge, usually inside the door or on the frame. It normally starts 0092 and is nine or more digits long. Type it into the search box above for the exact diagrams for your appliance.

My appliance isn’t Dometic — can I still find a diagram?

Yes. Type the model, for example Thetford N97 or Truma Ultraheat, or choose the brand and appliance type below. We hold exploded diagrams for Thetford, Truma, Alde, Fiamma, Isabella, Smev, Spinflo, Thule and Reich as well as Dometic.

How do I order a part from an exploded diagram?

Open the diagram. Every numbered part on the drawing is listed beside it with its Leisureshopdirect reference and price, and you add it to your basket from that list — there is no need to search for the part again.

What if my product number isn’t recognised?

Check it against the data plate and try again without any leading zeros or a trailing /00. If it still isn’t found, email orders@leisureshopdirect.com with the number and the appliance model and we will find the diagram for you.

How many exploded diagrams do you have?

More than 7,000, covering caravan and motorhome fridges, toilets, heaters, water heaters, cookers and hobs, air conditioning, blinds, rooflights, awnings, bike racks and more.

Fiamma Bike Racks Parts Diagrams

Fiamma bike racks are essential motorhome accessories for cyclists who want to explore the countryside around their camping destinations. These detailed parts diagrams cover popular models including Carry-Bike, Lift 77, and Pro series racks designed for rear mounting on motorhomes. You'll find exploded views of mounting brackets, bike cradles, tie-down systems, and all the hardware needed to safely transport your bikes.

The diagrams are particularly useful for maintenance and replacement of wear parts, as bike racks endure constant road vibration and weather exposure. Common replacement items include bike cradles, securing straps, mounting bolts, and various adjustment mechanisms. However, weight limits vary significantly between models, and some older racks may not be compatible with modern bike designs like e-bikes or full-suspension mountain bikes.
