Could you please tell me how you measure the plastic window stays with lever locks. Is it fully opened or closed. Total length or just the ram ? Total length opened = .275mm Closed = .200mm outer part of ram = .130mm Thanks

The length of the stays is measured between the pivot points with the stay closed.
