Hi I have a coachman pastiche 2009 I would like to check and probably replace the brake shoes, how do I remove the drum etc.

Answer

This would normally be a workshop job and of course the brake shoes should be checked during your annual service. The brake drums are secured with a 'one shot' nut with a very high torque setting. This nut is replaced when the drum is re-fitted and must be tightened to the correct torque setting.
