Question

Hi I have a trail king pump fitted in a motorhome. It has developed a small leak adjacent to the diaphragm housing flow adjuster. Can I use a silicon sealer in that area without causing any additional problems?

You could try some silicon sealer but I doubt it will seal the leak, You will either need to replace the pump head or the complete pump, if there are no visible cracks on the pump you may get away with replacing the diaphragm but it is difficult say, the best thing it to take it apart and see if there are any visible holes or cracks.
