Question

Hi, I recently bought a second-hand caravan with a C-200 CW loo. We have found that the flush generated by the manual pump is very poor, and are used to an electric flush from a previous caravan. Looking at the parts diagram it seems to me that I should be able to upgrade the loo to an electric flush as they are very similar. I seem to be able to purchase the relevant additional parts from you: an electric water pump, a switch, and a Bezel. Any advice you can give on this would be most helpful. Many thanks, Chris Reeves

The manual flush should be equivalent to the electric flush. You may have some frost damage to the pump which is causing it to operate unsatisfactorily. Remove the pump from the housing and check for cracks in the plastic components.
