HI TOM.I HAVE BOUGHT AN ABBI CARAVAN.IT HAS A PRESSURE SWITCH SYSTEM.THE COLD TAPS WORK AS THEY SHOULD,BUT THE HOT TAPS DO NOT WORK AS THEY SHOULD.I HAVE BEEN TRYING EVERYWHERE TO GET HOLD OF A PIPEWORK DIAGRAM OF THE PRESSURE VALVE SYSTEM WITH A TASTE FILTER.AS IT LOOKS TO BE CONNECTED UP WRONG.CAN YOU HELP.KIND REGARDS CHRIS

Answer

The pressure switch will normally be installed in the cold water pipework before the 'T' joint where the pipework goes to the water heater. Clearly if the cold water is working then the pressure switch is operating correctly and your problem is probably at the water heater. It depends upon which water heater you have but most will have a non-return valve at or near the cold water inlet. If this valve is 'stuck' then you will get little or no hot water.
