Question

Hi, When i try and turn on my ultrastore storage water heater it keeps tripping the trip box. i have checked the little fuse on the circuit board which is ok. I'm not sure what else i can check , Thanks Kay

It is almost certain that the electric heating element has failed. This will be our part 119026 for heaters built before March 2003. Otherwise it will be part 126570 which will need to be changed. In the meantime the heater should work fine on gas.
