Question

I have a Lunar Chateau 500 and the Reich single mixer with shower attachment is leaking from underneath, I believe the cartridge needs replacing but I cannot get it out, I have removed the top and loosened the three screws that appear to hold it in but I cannot remove the outer casing to expose the cartridge. could you advise please how I get the cartridge out, I don’t have a model number I’m afraid.

I am not sure which tap was fitted to this caravan but on many taps you need to unscrew the bezel which is the part immediately below the handle. It may look to be part of the body but it should unscrew. If you could send a picture of the tap to customer.services@leisureshopdirect.com for the attention of Tom then we can advise further.
