Question

I have problem with the heater in my caravan it is a Truma ultraheat unit it seams to work ok on the gas side but will not work on the electric. Fan electrics all working

There could be several reasons for the Ultraheat not working. Firstly check that you have electrical continuity through the over temperature switch, our ref. 133316 and through the thermostat, our ref. 133317. if you do not have continuity through either item then you need to replace the faulty item.
