Question

I have the hot tap spinning freely and not operating the micro switch on a whale tap system (I think it’s the elegance range). Do you have an exploded view of the taps so I can work out what parts I need please?

It is probably the tap head has snapped off, this is quite a common problem, I have put a link below to the replacement part.
