Here are some things to check:
• The 230 V electric is not plugged in
• A circuit breaker has tripped
• 13 A or 16 A fuse in 230 V consumer unit is blown
• The isolating switch/fused spur is off or defective
• Connection between boiler and vehicle’s 230 V wiring is defective
