Item purchased to replace original cover damaged by tree strike. Dometic took approx 6 weeks to deliver to Leisureshopdirect who then sent to customer within two days - excellent service by Leisureshopdirect.
Replacement easily identified using Leisureshopdirect online catalogue and ordering process simple to use.
Old cover easy to take off by removing 6 two part rivets and replacement fitted and secured using new (non-Dometic) rivets. Important to remember to purchase new two part rivets as removing old ones usually damages the originals. Dometic versions are expensive but std auto trim rivets of correct size equally suitable
Chose not to buy expensive Dometic logos and badges due to cost and nil impact on funtionality.
Despite COVID, Leisureshopdirect were helpful in keeping me updated on progress and delay in delivery down to Dometic alone. Notwithstanding Dometic's slow response Leisureshopdirect refunded the postage costs.
Would happily recommend Leisureshopdirect to others and use again myself.

Received a replacement cover for my motorhome air con unit. Product was dispatched promptly with adequate protection packing.
