1 Technical Question on the Heki 3 Link (53-60 Thick) Red

I sent this on the 12th and have had no answer back. Do you have an answer or will I try another supplier! Regards Dear Dave Cowie This is an automated response to your Technical Tom question. We endeavour to answer every question within 72 hours. However, as this is a free service, we do receive a huge number of requests and have to answer them in a first-come, first serve basis. Therefore, if it does take us slightly longer to answer your question particularly during the summer months then we do apologise but please bear with us. Please note that we will not publish all answers on the Technical Tom page but will respond to every question by email. """"""""""""""""""""""""""-- Your Question: Heki 3 rooflights. The link between the winding handle and the mechanism broke. It is white plastic 65mm long with splines down 3/4 of the way on the outside and hexagonal inside to fit onto the actual winding gear box. I have had a look online at your site but failed to find it...can you help...can send photo if required

The only drive pinion that we supply is our part 248813. This would normally be used with either of the following items depending on the roof thickness -
232998, 232999, 233001 or 233002.

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. Unless faulty, this should be within 30 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item is undamaged and unused.

For further information of how to return your item, please visit the "Returning an Unwanted/Faulty/Damaged Item" section on our Help Page.
