Nothing wrong with the product or service however, if you've simply punctured the netting, you should be aware that fly netting is available online for very little and is relatively easy to fix.

Just brilliant, this MPK Fly screen fits perfectly and looks as new in our 1999 Auto Trail, I was worried we may have to live with the torn fly screen made by me trying to vacuum it as I thought I would have trouble locating a replacement part. Descriptions and sizes really great for getting the right size first time. I will now check Leisure shop direct for any other bits and bobs needed.
