Ordered this repair set to mend a Seitz blind that had been broken before we got the van. I have been looking for ages just for the catch but could only see the sets for sale. I only needed the catch that holds the blinds to the flyscreen's but ordered this whole kit from Leisureshop direct so that I had spares for any future issue with other parts of the blinds. The parts I needed are the three pieces at bottom of the image. This is an excellent priced repair kit and can’t be beaten for value, if you want your catch to have Seitz moulded into it then it will cost you around £50 for their repair set!! It did take several weeks to arrive but at this value it was well worth waiting for, they were on back order from factory when I ordered so must be very popular. Didn’t matter to me as its Winter and not going to use the window anyway. When set arrived it took all of 10 minutes to fit and I did not need to remove the inner casing to carry out the repair. I had to drill old holding point of the broken catch in the aluminium tracking (it’s pinched by the tracking being crimped in one place and if you do not remove it then catch will be to the one side or the other of original position), slide broken bits out of tracking, slide new one in (in two pieces) and then when in correct position a drop of glue to hold it in place. Catch is now central like it should be and not to one side like I’ve seen other repairs. The quality of the product was on par with original equipment. Leisure

I needed to replace a small component on my Seitz S5 window blind but had to buy the full repair kit. The kit was delivered promptly and component replaced easily, (no instructions but easy enough for me). I am now armed with lots of other bits, will I be able to find them when I need them? Service was excellent, (I ordered the wrong kit first and was credited promptly).

Kit contains the plastic parts for repair of the S5 blind and flyscreen. Instructions for fitting can be downloaded from the Dometic/Seitz website. Broken anchor bushing for flyscreen replaced using kit part. Relatively simple procedure made complicated on Autosleeper by inaccessible inner frame upper screws. Care needs to be taken on refitting of inner frame as it can distort if tightened unevenly causing blind and flyscreen to bind. Excellent service from Leisureshop Direct - fair pricing, quick delivery and adequately packaged.

Delivered very quickly after placing my order, havn't used it yet but it looks great for the job when I have to take my motorhome window out (due to a leak and broken clip). Researched long and hard to find this kit, elsewhere it is priced ridiculously expensive, so this was a bargain. Would recommend.

Very pleased managed to change the catch by taking apart from opposite end to spring just enough room to pull fly screen down on opposite side to spring and that end will come out of runner leaving other end still in runner and under tension. Removed end cap had to drill the punch mark to release the holding pin and then easy enough to fit new parts.
