Was struggling to find the exact size of window arm that I required, as there were so many variants. Though with daily emails back and forward to the guys at Leisure Shop this was soon resolved. The arm was delivered within 48 hours and is now in place. The service online from the shop was superb - other online retailers could learn from these guys.
